I really enjoyed the Cookshack Spicy BBQ Sauce, how long can I keep the opened jug in my fridge?

There is so much vinegar in that sauce that it keeps a looooooooooooong time. I have kept it for as long as 6 months. It wasn't bad at that point, I decided that it was too old for food and should be put out to pasture.

Actually, I have bee buying gallons of commercial sauce from Sam's Club and keeping them unrefrigerated, after opening, for months on end... no problems. if the Ph is good, then I think you're good for a long time...

Same here woodburner. I have some Sweet Baby Ray's opened last Sept that is still as good as the day I opened it.
