I have a cookshack 105 but it didn't come with a manual and one of the knobs is broken. Does anyone know where I can find them.

When the site is back up, you can download a manual there. Unfortunately with it down, I can't give you a link.

In the meantime, you could try to search the Owners Forum for "manual" you'll find several posts discussing where you can get them, I did and found this link (try it after the site is back up):
