A nice Beaujolais Villages, maybe imported by Robert Kacher, lightly chilled, would work well for us, were we topping with Q sauce. Were we topping with something without tomato, we might opt for a Cotes-du- Rhone Villages.

However, in this heat, we'd probably opt for a micro beer...we love Fat Tire.
