Ditto that! Just got the pork butt and brisket into the igloo. Sitting with a cup of coffee and reflecting on all my blessings. Just been on this site for a few weeks, but have been blessed by such friendly and helpful folks. Merry Christmas to all!

I would like to say merry Christmas to everyone onthis site and great new year.David I will be calling soon to get some advice.I cooked my second butt today and my first brisket on my 100and I had mixed results.The butt come out fairly well but the brisket was still to chewy and I need some help. I want to thank you David for all the help that you have give me and more than that for being a great friend!Merry Christmas to all and have great New Year.
