Well the FE100 has been a part of the family now for two weeks and the learning curve has not been bad at all. Just finished two butts and this is the first time I did't have to attend a cooker every hour or so...finished product looks pretty good! Merry Christmas to all the folks at C/S,those who attended the class on 12/2,and to all of those who have helped when I had FE questions. Folks from near and far are converging on the "Catfish Ranch" this evening and will be treated to pulled pork,ribs,and wings. Could be a tradition! Thanks again Cookshack and forum friends!
