Miracle Whip was the most requested contest cooking item at the original Fast Eddy, Dr. BBQ Cookshack Cooking School in 2004.
I came across this recipe and would like to pass it along to those who like to make things from scratch. Enjoy!
Miracle Whip
1 3/4 C. Water
1/2 C. Vinegar
2/3 C. Flour
1 Egg
3/4 C. Butter, softened
2 T. Honey
2 T. Maple syrup
2 t. Salt
1 t. Lemon juice
1 t. Mustard
Cook water, vinegar, and flour until thick.
Process the rest of the ingredients in the blender on high until creamy.
Add cooked mixture and blend on high until creamy.
