model 105 for $150!

I have the opportunity to purchase not only a 105 but also a 150 from someone.
They only want $150 for the 105 and although it is really dirty and needs racks, it otherwise seems in good shape and I think I'm going to get it.
They want 1200 for the 150 and it is twice as dirty and just seems like wayyyyy toooo much.
Any advice?
