I ordered my 55 on Thursday at 11am and on Friday, my 55 was delivered...talk about fast delivery. I turned out a batch of spare ribs today and they were great. I owe the success to many on the forums who have posted their "pearls". Oh yeah, I used the mustard coating with the CS rub and used 3 oz of Hickory...it took about 6 hours. The ribs were about 5 lbs each (bronto spares?) If they were from a 15 year old sausage sow, the ribs turned out great anyway I also made a batch of the Mustard sauce and it turned out good too. I need all the help I can get so keep up the good work. Wink
