my smoker goes from o to the temp i hve set in a short time which causes the wood to catch fire and t times destory my meat is there a module that needs replaced or a way to adjust the rapid heating
Usually the problem is reversed...little smoke due to elements not coming in contact with the wood tray.
Suggest you call the number above and ask for Bill or Tony in tech support. They do not monitor the forums and your issue is not one I'm familiear with. They will mots likely know of a solution.
