JJ thats awesome, I get my FEC 100 tomorrow, unfortunately I work tomorrow afternoon and my brother-in-law will get first look at it. But I am off on Thursday so maybe I will fire it up then. Have fun Q'uing!

No I am not in the food service business. However I do a number charity rib Feasts a year. Last year I did one with 100 lbs of baby backs on a big traeger.

My FEC came in this evening...its bigger than I thought it was. i havent unwrapped it yet, because of bad weather here, but tomorrow is my day off so I will get to play with it. Hopefully I will get to do some cooking on it tomorrow.
