I recieved my Smokette II on Friday, Seasoned it on Saturday and made dinner on Sunday! I did some Chicken using Mayonaise and the Rub that came with my smoker. I dropped what I believe to be 2oz of Hickory in the smoke box and smoked it at 225 for about 3-1/2 hours (just to be safe). The chicken was super moist and tender, and the outside really browned up nice. Oh yea, it tasted GREAT too!

I can't wait to try some pork next! I just thought I'd post my results so CS can add my name to their looong list of satisfied customers!
