I finally had a chance to cook on my new FEC100 this last Thursday night. I put a load of twelve butts on there as I had many customers waiting for a butt as I had not cooked any for over a month. Kept telling them I wanted to wait for my new cooker.

Well, I followed DrBBQ's instuctions and the FEC worked like a charm. I could not be more happy with it.

Tomorrow I am cooking some St. Louis ribs up for a super bowl party and next Friday, I have another lod of butts going on. Eddy and DrBBQ, thanks for working this out for me!
