Just ordered my first FEC 100 from the factory. looking forward to using it. I already have a Traeger 125 Sure that I will enjoy the FEC 100.
Should get it 1-2 weeks.

Congrats, don't get caught up in the technical mumbo jumbo, set your time, temp, and sit back and relax, the cooker will take care of the rest.
You're gonna fall in love with this rig.
Use the Cookshak/FE Hickory pellets. IMHO the have more Hickory flavor vs Traeger pellets. Try the 2 stage brisket method...which also works well for ribs and butts.

Right now I have my own MN blend pellets , a combination of maple, apple, oak and hickory. turns out a siuper product.

You'll really love your FE100! I have had mine for two years. My friends and family really like it too LOL! Cookshack customer service is the best around.
The buttons are a little "stiff" at first but they will loosen after a while. Enjoy!
