Hey Freddie,

I really like the stickers, makes it look cool.

I wish I had the shelf on the front of mine. Is it at a good working height??

That is a nice trailer setup. I stuck mine on a car hauler and then put a roof on top. Still working on getting some cabinets on it.

Have you done spare ribs on it?? If so what temp and for how long are you doing yours. I put 27 untrimmed racks this weekend, for 5 1/2 hours. Needed a little more time.
I found that this pit cooks quite a bit faster than my FEC100. I did enough meat for a competition and it was all done too soon. Spare ribs took four hours. Two ten pound butts and two 12 pound briskets went on at 11PM. At 7 AM the meats were at 210*. This was cooking at a steady 240*. The table is handy. The trailer is made by Cookshack. I also have the outdoor switches.
It is quite a machine.
Hey Freddie
cool lookin pit, I have the 750 mounted on the trailer. My cooking times are about the same as yours. I noticed on the BBQ show Fast Eddie didn't have an extension on his exhaust. They recommend that the 750 have an 5"pipe, 4' long for the proper draw. is the 500 different?
Mike
