Just wanted to let you all know that come 5:30 tomorrow there's going to be a BIG cheese smoking going on in the biggest Cookshack smoker in the nation...The Candlestick49... There will be lots of good recipes...like the Rogers topped with Justin and Aldon Smith sauce...I hear that Bowman and Willis have a bone chilling brine lined up as well...

Just having some fun, no offense to all the Packer smokers...Should be a great game!!!
