This Saturday I've entered a local BBQ contest and am using my 009 smoker. I've entered beef, chicken, pork and a mystery meat. Any ideas what the mystery meat might be. Any suggestions on what I should take in order to cook this mystery meat. Also, can I cook 2 meats in the same smoker? Thanks for any help youcan be. Eric

You don't post in your profile where you are from,so it is difficult to guess what regional preferences might be.

Washington state could be salmon,Fl could be alligator,Iowa could be sausage,Maryland could be shellfish,Ca could be tri tips,Idaho could be stuffed potatoes, etc.

Yes,you can cook multiple meats in a single cooker.
Thanks for the feed back. I placed 2nd in the brisket. My chicken had rubbery skin, so scored pretty low because of that. The ribs were fantastic. But apperantly the judges didnt think so, as I didnt place. The mystery meat was a flat iron steak. Had never heard of it before, but had my grill there and it turned out pretty good, though I didnt place in that category either.
