need computer geeks help

Does anyone know of any remote temp devices that have been able to send their signals to a laptop? I was surfing the net with my Maverick receiver next to my desk and thought it would sure be nice to have it "talk" to my laptop. Then I would have all the times & temps right there for better notes.

OK computer geeks...what are the possibilities??

It's not cheap but the stoker can do just about anything. It's in the overkill category, but.....it sure is nice.

Every time I place the Maverick anywhere close to my computer the computer interferes with the signals and the Maverick loses contact with the probe element.
