I am looking for a mid teriyaki jerky recipe. I have access to one at Mid Western Research here in town but it is to hot. They must have put a cup of cayenne pepper in the mix cause I cant taste the jerky only the burning hot cayenne pepper. I ain't the only person to say it is to hot.

I want something I can make and I can repeat if I find it to be a good flavor and not to hot.

Big GrinTOP SECRET: No matter how you are preparing meat, once in the form you are going with, FREEZE it. Once frozen, place in teriyaki brine to thaw! You can't believe the difference in how far the marinade/brine penetrates! Jamey (P.S. Works SOOOOOO good on chicken! Whole of coarse! )
