Need sausage info please

Alan, The Country Meat Packers in Pelahatchie, MS make the best smoked sausage I have ever ate. I'm not sure if they have Jalepeno though. I know they make Cajun and some other varieties. They use the whole hog and call it Country Pleasin' and it does have a little heat to it. It is great in any thing you put it in. It does have the smokehouse taste.
We have a talk radio here that gives these guys a lot of free ads. They are always talking about cookin some of that "Country Pleasin' Sausage."
They give a lot of gift boxes to different events so they must sell tons of the stuff - best way to tell how good something real is.

I don't know any in Texas, but F.H. Gillingham & Company sells chicken cilantro chipotle sausage, which is a smoked jalapeno sausage. I suspect they get it whole sale from http://www.ncsmokehouse.com in Vermont.
