the new 25 came today i hope all will go well am going to do the new smoke and get her set up i hope it works well, now what to cook ribs cheese cold smoke, fish, ok that may be a little hard for a new owner of a 025 but I may try to burn wood at the start.
Last winter I was in az. and about once a week i though about good smoked food but no smoker so i got the 025 to go with me and the good wife in the the rv with me.
The story is better I have a 066 at home and have cooked it all in the 066 so when you get the rv and go off to play take a little tank with you.
To old to work to young to die I think I will go play
