I received my new 55 on Friday and pulled out some tasty spare ribs on Saturday. On Sunday, I put two chickens in (3.75 lbs) with 3 oz hickory and about 5 hours later, out popped the most tasty chicken I've ever had...so far, I'm 2 for 2...thanks for all the info on the forum...you guys make it easy for the newbies.
