Ok I have a new model 50 smoker.
I first did some baby back ribs with no rub. Good.
Then I cooked two racks with two differant rubs and added BBQ sauce and wraped in foil for the last 45 min. GREAT.
Now I have beeen thinking about a Turkey.
So I have a few questions.
Can you cook a small turkey standing upright in a smoker/slowcooker?
How long per lb.?
What wood works best (matter of opinion).
