scotty, welcome to the CS forum.your friend is right.Have Questions,Cook Shack Forum Has Answers.the forum is full of great advise & knowledgeable people that are eager to help, thats just one reason that Cook Shack is on top.again congrats on your purchase,& welcome.
In fact, I just finished some ribs tonight. The Mrs. was elated and talked about how good they were for a 1/2 hour or more. I might get lucky tonight. Thanks Cookshack.
For this, all I had invested was about 20 minutes labor prepping the ribs, sprinkling on some rub, putting some apple wood in the wood box, foiling the bottom, and letting them smoke at 220 degrees for 6 hours.
For this, I get more credit than mowing the lawn for 2 hours, weeding the flower beds, rototilling the garden spot, and painting the flagpole.
My only advice is not to let on how easy it is to BBQ with Cookshack.
