There is a new team in the midwest, who after researching smokers acquired a new FEC. They go by the team name: R BBQ and the team is made up of Ryan and Rhett Rains.
This last weekend,at Dodge City, they did their second cook. Things began slowly and they asked a lot a questions of the teams around them. Over the Fence, Team Danny (with potentially hazardous Merl) and 4 Legs Up provided a great deal of advise to this team who barely knew how to light an FE. (Or so we thought.) The cooked all night and were seen constantly seeking advise and opinions. We all felt good giving help to these new cooks. Well that was until the awards. Little did we know the fox was actually in the hen house.

Overall 6th Place.
Congratulations to some of the new FE owners, kicking butt and taking names. Watch for these guys on the bbq circuit.
