Unpacked my new fec120 and removed all the items inside I took the grates out and noticed that the left side rail that holds the bottom grate was loose from wall anyone have this problem and solution ?

I think that's the way they are, mine is the same. Each side is a complete unit of 5 rails which hook over a couple of nuts/screws at the top of the oven and just hang in place.

Thanks! I wasn't sure about that I was just thinking it should be secured to the wall. Now I just need to get some time to fire it up and see how she performs.
Congrats RF on your new purchase. You are going to love your 120. I've had mine now for six months and totally love it. While it is simple to use, it will require some experimentation to "learn" how it cooks. Munchonu is correct, the rails just hang on the sides of the smoker from the top. As you use the smoker the rails will actually begin to "curve" inward, probably because of the heat over time, when grills are not in place.

If the 120 is like the 025, then the sides rails have 2 sets of holes allowing you to adjust the racks up and down. May not since it is a much bigger unit with more shelves.
