I am very excited: I ordered 3 sets of the rib racks for my FEC 100. From what I understand, spray with oil and rotate rotate rotate!

Yes, I rotate mine at least front to back to make for even cooking.
Depending on the load, I'll sometimes rotate top, bottom
For even cooking.
It's not a have too, but I like to keep an eye on a smoker that full of meat.

Does the FEC100 have pretty much the same general areas that are hotter then others or is each one unique. If they are the same then where are the hotter areas generally?
