Well, I'm here, I made it.!!! Bought a Amerique
and love it. Two questions, (1) Nobody has said where the probe goes, errr where do you run the wire, I just droped mine down through the smoker hole on the top. Is that cool! Also (2) looking for a recipe on "Squaw Candy". Thanks!

Go into seafood in recipes and click on Find then type 'squaw candy'. You should be able to find it there.
