New taylor probes?

I have seen some discusion here that people buy repacement probes for there taylor. would like to know were? I have two taylors I would like to have some backup probes. Last smoke they acted strange untill I boiled them. From what others have said here I guess they get water in them.

Seems to me that Preston said they are about $5,including shipping?,and they take checks.

on my taylor's{17.00 at target}they will replace 1 remote for free,$5.00 adl.. they say [never let the remote touch any metal]???? would'nt add any other other info????

Pay attention to the number on the packaging when you buy the Taylor. When you go to get replacements, you will need to know this number. Else, you might get a crapload of replacement probes that won't work with the particular Taylor that you have. (voice of experience)

Model number or SKU#, probably both would be good if you still have original pkg.
