New to the Elec smokin game

A good friend loaned me his SM050 over Labor Day weekend. I smoked 2 PB and 6 racks of babyback ribs. Unbeliveable!! It was a smashing big hit. I've been charcoalin for 35 years. After useing the Cook Shack I feel a little silly about wasting all that charcoal and depleting the O Zone over the years. I placed a order with Cabela's last Sunday for a SM040? (blackbox). I'm a man that likes to buy the best my money will buy. I belive I've done just that. We're lookin forward to many tasty treats from this fine tool. I know my family and friends are.
