Reading the seperate Smokin' 101 s and Best of each meat could cover the questions about each.

The FIND tab at page top,input each meat,all forums,will give you threads that may fit your needs.

From there, you can figure the timing for each.

Some folks cook ribs a little higher than a brisket,and personally, I wouldn't want a packer drippin' all over my ribs.

Depending on weight,size,age,temps,ribs could take 2-10 hrs and brisket could take 6 to 24 hrs.

Just a thought.
