Not my first Rodeo, But cleared 8 seconds!!

Plugged her in and flamed the 020 up for its first cook of chicken and ribs. This was my first electric cook. My thighs went 3 hours and finished on the grill to crisp the skin. My ribs went 3.5 hours and finished 1/2 hour in the oven wrapped in foil waiting for the mother in law to arrive. I smoked both with 1 apple and 1 hickory chunk at 225. Just excellent!!! Very happy with the 020, looking forward to some smokey days.
