Got my super smoker yesterday. Cured the box last night. Just did my first loin back ribs. My daughter's back from Kansas State University for the weekend. She said Famous Dave's used to be her favorite ribs. They were great. It took them six hours. Went by meat temp. I pulled them out when they got to 185. One thing, the smoker never got to 250. Most of the time it displayed on my Marvick at about 220-225. A couple times is would go to about 237 and drop. Could have a defect thermostat? I'm going to call CS monday. Overall though, very happy!
