Nice pics, Mop! Now go get it dirty! I cooked a rib roast in mine last night and it came out great! As soon as i can figure out where my daughter put the memory card adapter for the digital camera I'll post a couple of pics.

Yessir, I`m heading out right now to load it with pellets, plug it in and run it with no food for a few hours.
I`ll then crank the temp up a bit and do some wings....or maybe split a couple of fresh chickens I bought yeaterday on my way home from picking up the cooker.
I`ll take a few shots of the process.
