I just purchased a case of CS Rib Rub from my local supplier and is has a manufacture date of May 2008. Is it still good?

I'd take it back and ask them for something current.

At most I'd go a year old, but even that is pushing it. For a case, I want fresh as you have figure out how long it will take you to go through a case.
