Well guys, I just ordered my FEC100 with John. Sure seems like some fine folks, over there at CS. Now the hard part, waiting for it come in. I'm like a total newbe to real smoking but I do know how to use the search button. LOL. I look forward to learning from the old hands at smoking. Any word on a smoking class?

I believe that Eddy's next smoking class is several months away. Send an e-mail to h_chavez@cookshack.com and she can give you more information.
