Ok, I've got a couple of questions. I've got to do 35-40 racks of SL Ribs on 22 FEB for a Unit luncheon and need some Rib Racks. Cookshack sells them, but the charcoal store sells them about 7 dollars cheaper. Also, I thought of picking up three more normal racks, as I have the seven shelf system. Question One: does anyone have experience ordering from the Charcoal store and how is thier service? Also, Are the racks they sell just like the ones sold at cookshack? (they are the same model number). Also, they also have an option for Stainless Steel Racks (both rib and normal) at a little higher cost. Anyone ever used them? Are the worth more, last longer, easier or harder to clean? And lastly, (sorry so many questions), Can I use seven racks at a time on my seven rack system for like jerky, chicken wings, etc? thanks again..

Bill, I purchased my FEC 100 from the Charcoal Store. They will send your order out by the afternoon if you order in the morning. Depending on where you live you can get next day. Talked to Ken and Dave during the process. Customer service is second to none. My FEC was delivered damaged 5 weeks ago. I called Ken before the shipper left and he told me to send it back. They would replace it when it was determined it would be no easy fix. I had issues with the shipper on the second delivery, called Ken and he had it resolved that day, then called me the next day to follow up. I purchased the SS rib rack also. Don't know what difference is. I used the rib rack 1 time so far on my first cook of 4 PB's and 8 racks of St Louis ribs and 20 pork loin chops wrapped in bacon. That's all my experience so far. Love my FEC 100! Good luck
