I talked to Papashaka a couple of hours ago and his computer is at the repair shop, so we won't hear from him until it's fixed. He told me about his "cook shack" -- a 10x20' wooden building which he has outfitted with his FE100*, refrigeration, tables, sinks, hot water, etc. He promises pictures when he gets it cleaned up a bit. He had just had two teeth pulled and wasn't feeling real perky.

*From this date hence, this smoker's product number is FEC100. We have just received NSF (National Sanitation Foundation) approval, and we are required to differentiate between the "old, unapproved" model and the "new, approved" model. FEC stands for, of course, Fast Eddy's by Cookshack. UL listing pending.

Hi everybody,I lived through the teeth pulling and I'm back. Promised Donna some photos of where I go hide and play with my cookshack toys.
Itt started as a 10x20 Morgan building (storage shed) that had two windows and double doors. That was all and great until I got my first toy, cookshack 105,used but what a workhorse. My son in law and I insulated the unit, put health dept approved walls, lights, sinks,AC,heat, just so I could leard how to do real BBQ. Now I have a CS150, and the new guy FEC100 living in there side by side.It has worked for me well, about 100ft from the big house, where I can hide . Sent photos to the wizard himself Smokin, and I'm sure he will post them when he finds time.
Your in Little Rock, come see me ,

Thanks for breakfast last weekend, Papa! River market is sure one neat place. Had a full load of goodies walking back to my truck. I definitely have to get out of Pine Bluff more often.

Seriously, it was a real pleasure meeting you for real after all this time talking on the phone. I look forward to seeing your photos.
Sure would be nice if cookshack had a way to upload pictures directly to a server for posting. I think we would get more pictures posted rather than waiting for one person to get the time. Nothing personal Smokin, as you do a good job, but one person with the only set of keys is tough.
