Pags, thanks for the pastrami recipe. Joined this forum just to thank you. I did third batch of four last weekend at our 40th anniversary party. (along with pork butts and ham on my 025. A hit with everyone.

You are quite welcome. Glad you liked it and took the time to say thanks. Learned the process from someone on the forum as well, believe it to be dls. I'm looking forward to corning a top round and pastramifying it in the very near future. Looking for some lean pastrami.
