Made some of this the other night and tried it on some spareribs and some chicken wings in the smokette. I keep things pretty simple but I'm sure there are some of you out there that can elaborate on this recipe and add your own personal touches....let me know

2 (4 1/2 oz.) jars peach baby food
1/3 cup ketchup
2 Tbs. soy sauce
1/3 cup vinegar
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. ginger
dash of pepper

mix all ingredients and simmer...use however you wish, I usually finish chicken and ribs on my Weber, and thats when I apply the sauce...let me know what you think
