MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 by AccuChef (tm)

Title: Peppered Bourbon Beans
Categories: Side Dish
Yield: 4 Servings

2 cans Great Northern Beans (15.5 oz each)
2 strips Bacon
1/4 c Onion
1 t Black Pepper,Ground Fresh
1/2 c Brown Sugar
2 t Burbon

Rinse and Drain beans, and set aside.
Cook bacon until crisp and crumble.
Chop onion, and saut� in bacon grease.
Reduce to simmer.
Add brown sugar and pepper.
Simmer 15 minutes.
Add bourbon and simmer 5 more minutes, then serve.
