Tonight I was craving beef. We ran to CostCo and grabbed a 3 pack of New York steaks. A package of fresh asparagus, and a small package of garlic lime marinated shrimp.

Cranked up the PG500 at 6:00pm to 425 degrees. Rubbed my asparagus with olive oil salt and pepper and placed on the grill. Rubbed my Steaks with a little Olive oil and a generous sprinkle of Montreal Steak Seasoning. Flipped the asparagus after 2 minutes. And moved over to the indirect side after 4 total minutes. I placed the steaks on the grill and flipped after 3 minutes. After 6 minutes, I removed them from the grill and removed the asparagus.

The grill was at 400 degrees in 15 minutes and the total cook time for the meal was 10 minutes.

The best meal I have had in months...and we eat out a lot at moderate to very nice restaurants. Folks...if you are on the fence about getting one of these wonderful machines and trading in that gasser...come to my house for dinner. One steak and you will be sold!!!!
