Just A little trick that I use to clean my FEC100 racks. I use a large (yard) size trash bag and place the racks inside after knocking off what I can from them with a paper towel. I then spray the bigingus out of them while still inside the bag with EASY-OFF. I then close the bag (fold over on its self) and let it sit for about 24 hours or so. Then I remove the racks from the bag and hose them off. For anything that remains on the racks, a lite scrub with a SOS pad will make them look good as new, In short very little effort involved. Best wishes,
Great tip!

I know this is old, old post. However, I am new to the FEC world and like your setup for a stack. I am not sure I need a Vacustack but expect to get diesel elbow. However, I am trying to find a Rain Cap like the one you used. Can you tell me where you found this RAIN cap.
Thanks

Thanks Morning Flyer for the response.
I have seen that post with the items numbers for the Elbow and Clamp and have found those online. I was actually specifically asking about the ventilation RAIN cap High Desert Q has shown in his picture. Just can't seem to find one that looks quite like it.

Warning if anyone reads my previous post with the link to the Gas/Rain cap. I ordered the 5". However, this type B Gas Vent cap has a 5 1/2 in diameter pipe where the diesel elbow has a 5 in diameter. Going to have to mod it some how but not entirely sure how yet. Just wanted to update.
Alright I found a solution to the mistake I made in the post before in this post

Essentially I found an amerivent model 5ecw online and what i really need for the Iowa 80 elbow is an amerivent model 5CW. this one is 5" and fits snuggly inside the elbow.

The picture for this product on their website looks like the 5ecw but the bottom collar is different I promise. I just ordered and received in 2 days. when i mount i will post a picture but it will look just like High Deserts picture in the earlier posts.
