I prepped 2-6 lb. butts with C. lilly's injection recipe,rubbed with Jack's Old South rub recipe, a little apple and hickory for smoke and here it is!

Did you put finishing sauce on when you pulled or were they just that juicie and what temp did you pull? They look very delicious!! Nice job.
No finishing sauce. The Chris Lilly injection really helps with moistness! Pulled at 200* foiled and wrapped in towels for an hour.
