Heres my plan for my first turkey cook on the new fec100... If you can make it better let me know

2 13 lb turkeys brined in smokin's holiday brine

Rub one with CS Spicey chicken rub and butter and the other with butcherbbq honey rub and butter. Will cook for about an hour at 250 then 325 until done. Will cover with butter soaked cheesecloth when it looks pretty.

Rest and serve.

Sound about right?
