Hello, Currently have 2 pork butts totaling 9lbs that are a bit ahead of schedule. Started cook at 10pm last night and predict a finish time between 1:30 and 2pm today. When finish, I will wrap in foil, then towels, then place in a hot ice chest until dinner. QUESTION: How long can I hold these in the ice chest before having to pull and eat. We're hoping for 6pm, but will this be too long?
