I have a pork loin that I got at Costco the other day for a family dinner. I'd like to add some smoke flavor and finish on the Weber to add a crust to it.

I'll probably marinate it in a soy sauce misture and add a rub before cooking.

If you recommend smoking.. what temp do you suggest I smoke the meat to before putting on the grill? I was thinking about 140� and then grilling till it hits about 150 or so.

Any suggestions welcomed.
