Howdy Partners,

I need the info for what is a pork riblet? I think I have a idea but I would like the true and factual explanation of this pork product. Is it any good? How does it compare to spares and baby backs for as taste is concerned? I see one of our meat markets advertising them this week special for .99 cents a pound. Are they worth the effort?

I believe that is all Applebees sells. The bone in them is a little round thing, so I'm not sure what part of a pig's "landscape" were talking about. I'm sure they steamed them or something and dont cook them low and slow. It's been a long time, but as I recall they aren't bad.
