Pork ribs

Hello everybody,
Well the NFL draft sucked today for the Texans, but I'm a Texan fan and I'll stick with my team through the good and the bad. I smoked my first rack of ribs today, 3 hours with 3.5 ounces of hickory. They came out perfect, with no complaints from the mrs, she said it was the right amount of smoke. Since I got the smoker out I'm gonna smoke some pulled pork, put on "Full Metal Jacket' get me a Jack & Coke and make a "Mans Night" out of it, Ho ray! Have a good weekend everybody.
