Has anyone out there tried ribtips/riblets?? Mrs. Doc likes those little things that Applebees calls riblets so I decided to give them a try. Just hit them with a bit of rub and smoked for 2.5 hrs. with a little apple wood. She says that these may be her favorite out the smoker yet.....the rest family thought they were pretty good also.

My folks (parents) are having a small get-together this weekend and asked me to supply some pork. Was able to find some very meaty tips for about $1 per lb. As I write, I'm on about 30 of 50 lbs. (The neighbors must be going out of their minds.) What a great way to spend a vacation week.....plus it's my Senior's and Sophomore's first week back to school........life is good!!!!!
