I may be cooking pork shoulders this Friday.
The neighbor has asked me to smoke #80 of shoulders.
I have a CS 150. Can I do this at one setting?

The shoulders I cook are typically 15 to 20 pds.
You know the weight but don't know how many?
Could be 4 to 6 depending on individual weight.

Does he just want the shoulders to strip and serve the meat?
If so,and shape/size is a problem,you can always cut them into butt and picnic for easier fit.

I have done 10 ten pound pork butts in my CS150
The only thing is that you will want to check the drain pan in the middle of the cook it might fill up.
